About Us

We didn’t just make snacks. We made a solution. One that understands you ; and supports all the versions of you.

Our Story
My name is Maryam, a food scientist, wellness advocate, and lifelong health enthusiast. With a PhD in Food Science and two decades of experience developing products for some leading brands, I’ve always been fascinated by what we put into our bodies ; and how it makes us feel.
But even with all that experience, I kept asking myself:
Why is it still so hard to find snacks that actually work for us?
Here’s the truth:
I’ve seen it all , snacks marketed as “natural” but packed with the “bad boys” like excess sugar or hidden syrups.
Products that claim to be nutritional, but are anything but balanced.
Ones that are “healthy,” but taste like cardboard.
Ones that are indulgent, but leave you crashing.
Clinical branding that feels cold and disconnected.
Confusing labels with no clear benefit.
And almost nothing that felt personal, to my body, my needs, or my journey.
It was always either too bland, too indulgent, too vague, or just out of touch with what today’s modern, conscious shopper actually wants.
I didn’t want to compromise anymore.

That’s when we teamed up with Karol — the owner of one of Europe’s most advanced snack factories.
He’s spent decades in the world of snacking, blending tradition with modern innovation, and working with top retailers around the globe to deliver products people truly love.
More than anything, he shares the same relentless passion for excellence,
and a mindset that refuses to settle until it’s just right.
He is the owner of one of Europe’s most advanced and trusted snack factories. With decades of industry expertise, a 100-year heritage in sweet snacking, and partnerships with some of the world’s top retailers across the world, Karol brings the scale, and relentless passion needed to turn ideas into life.
Together, we started Me+ — a brand built from lab to life
Me+ is Functional Nutrition, Rooted in Science and Built for Real Life.

What We Believe

  • That wellness should meet you where you are — not where someone says you should be.
  • That labels should be honest, and ingredients should have a purpose.
  • That food should support how you actually feel.
  • That flavour matters just as much as function.

That today’s shopper deserves something better. Something personal.
